I’m going to take a break from comics. Not buying anything, and trying not to read anything either. I’m not being too strict about it – I’m sure I’ll look at a few things – but I just feel like I’ve gone a little too far into this stuff over the past year especially. I’m not sure I can explain my reasoning beyond that; it just feels like a good time to take a step back.
I’ll still be drawing comics myself, of course, and I have a nice big stack of novels that I’ve been neglecting. Right now, I think that’s good enough for me.
