Now that my Retrofit comic is more or less complete (coming soon!) I thought I would take a few weeks to take on a project I’ve been meaning to get to for a while: I want to redraw a page from some of my favorite comics. I’ve done this sort of thing in sketchbooks a lot, but doing it in this more polished fashion is new for me. I’m hoping to do about ten of these.
Here’s the first, a page from Sammy Harkham’s The New Yorker Story. I’m doing Brandon Graham next.
