Mysterious black pillars appear throughout the world. No one knows what they are or where they came from. Black Pillars is a set of interconnected short stories, presented in two 48 page comics, that explores what happens next.

The first issue will be released for SPX on September 14-15, and the second issue will be out around the end of the year. The two comics do tell a single story, but I’ve worked hard to ensure that each issue stands alone as well. Brandon Graham, Rob Clough, Chris Mautner, and many other people enjoyed my last comic, We Will Remain. It was published by Retrofit Comics, which I think is a mark of quality in and of itself. I’m still very proud of that comic, but I think this one is even better. I hope you’ll consider buying it.
